Jackie Chan and Lin Feng Jiao were married in 1982 and had their only son, actor Jaycee Chan the same year.

Following her marriage and the birth of Jaycee, Lin Feng Jiao who was a very popular Taiwanese actress and at the peak of her career during that time, retired from the entertainment world in order to take care of her new-born.

Despite numerous rumors about Jackie Chan and other actresses, the most notorious scandal of all involving HK actress Elaine Ng who had an illegitimate daughter with Jackie, Lin Feng Jiao seemed to accept it all and stay by her husband's side.
