All brothers worked together selecting fresh fish to make hand-crafted fish balls, fish skin, fish wontons, which were their signature dishes.
The helm of the second generation, eldest daughter-in-law, Xie Huifang revealed that fresh fish greatly reduced for Hong Kong in recent years, coupled with the shortage of workers, a decision to close down was made in order to not affect the quality of service.
