"Golden Spear Steel Horse" Spotlight (Part 9)

Kenny Wong participated in the promotional clip of "Golden Spear Steel Horse." Since the story revolves around the bond of brotherhood in times of turbulence and change, there a certain magnetism to the material.
"The theme revolves around heroes emerging from a turbulent era, the bond between sworn brothers, and the fate of an ancient empire. The series will inevitably have many battle and action sequences, with an expansive storyline."
The promotional clip also featured Gigi Lai Chi. Gigi laughed that when she was a little girl, she watched Adam Cheng act in "Chor Lau Heung." Collaborating with Adam in the promotional clip, Gigi feels it was a special opportunity.
Gigi continued, "The title of the series, 'Golden Spear Steel Horse' carries a lot of weight in its name. On the day of filming, when Adam wore his white robed costume, he looked just like Chor Lau Heung. At that point, I felt like one of his romantic leading ladies, Yung Yung. In the promotional clip, I am the woman supporting him."

Behind the story of each hero, there lies a wise and motivating lesson, motivating us to use our courage to face reality in harsh times. The story of Adam Cheng's character is one that will mentally stimulate the audience's minds and capture their spirits.
Plot Synopsis:
Heroes often emerge during turbulent times. Adam Cheng plays a character who is willing to sacrifice his fame and fortune for the sake of his country. He heads south and enters the enemy's camp for the sake of friendship and love. Bravely facing his opponents, he earns the title of General Fei. With a distinguished education and intellect, he writes about his brave encounters in song lyrics, leaving an imprint of his remarkable life.
"Tale of a Mythical Quest" Spotlight (Part 10)

Linda Chung mentioned that "Tale of a Mythical Quest" (aka "Sau Sun Chuen") offered her the chance to try many different images in one given series. Her role is full of challenges, "In the series, I am a brave and filial daughter. Despite confronted with numerous hardships, I face them with a cheerful attitude. My character has a 'happy go-lucky' personality; hopefully this will give audiences a refreshing feeling!"
Sunny Chan felt that "Tale of a Mythical Quest" was a fun-filled experience. He experienced many joys from childhood during the filming process. "It was really fun filming this series! Additional computer graphics will be added during the editing process. We added many creative ideas during the filming process, yielding many surprising outcomes. Compared to filming realistic dramas, this series was more enjoyable!"
Selling Point:
This series is based on the Chinese classic myth "Sau Sun Chuen." Combining fun computer graphics with whimsical adventures and outrageous performances, "Tale of a Mythical Quest" speaks of the battle between gods, humans, and mythical beasts.
Plot Synopsis:
Chi Lok's (Linda) mother was a flower spirit and as a result, Chi Lok gained the powers of a demi-god. Fu was antagonized in his youth and upon Wong Tai Sin's pity, gained enormous strength. Hei was possessed by a sword spirit and learned astounding sword skills.
The three lead characters' destinies intertwine with gods and mythical beasts. How will they utilize their god-send powers to overcome their battle with the mythical beasts, while saving human kind?
"Predicting Fate" Spotlight (Part 11 of 11)

Since returning to TVB, Steven Ma has virtually become an "ancient person" due to the various ancient dramas he has recently starred in. In new series "Predicting Fate," Steven will play a metaphysicist. "Yuen Wah and Rebecca Chan are the successors of renown metaphysicists in Chinese history. They will be my sifu's [teachers]."
"Shirley Yeung will play Yuen Wah and Rebecca's daughter. Benny Chan was originally a very good friend, but due to our fighting over a metaphysics manual, our brotherhood will be broken."
Image Hosted by ImageShack.usIn the series, Benny's goal is to attain the king's throne. Not only does this cause conflict in his friendship with Steven, but Benny is also willing to give up Selena Li, who will play a palace maid.
Selena spoke of her character, "I am a close maid for Princess Mimi Lo. My character is kind-hearted, intelligent, and well-balanced in many areas. Unfortunately, Benny realizes that Mimi is in love with him. In order to realize his dreams of becoming future king, he gives up on his love for me and treats me very unpleasantly.
Selling Point:
Predicting fate and avoiding misfortunes may be everyone's dream, but by forcibly intervening with fate and destiny, perhaps the results will be disasterous and result in many self-sacrifices.
Plot Synopsis:
Yeung Lei [Steven Ma] uses his talents in metaphysics and predicting fate to help his friend attain the king's throne. However, [Benny's character] is only interested in reaching his personal self-interests and loses all his family and friends. Focusing only on immediate goals may cause one to lose out of more valuable things in life, such as kinship, happiness, etc.
"Predicting Fate" centers around the conflicts and human greed sparked by a renown metaphysics manual, which promises to reveal secrets to unlocking the mysteries of the future. However, appreciating the simple happiness of one's life as destined and the close people around us is the true path we should pursue in life.
