Toby Leung: "Ron Ng and I Will Not Advance to Dating Relationship!"
Toby Leung Ching Kei has been busy filming "The Drive of Life" 《歲月風雲》. Earlier rumors alleged that Toby and Michael Miu Kiu Wai, who plays Toby's father in the series, were in an older-man, younger-woman relationship. The latest tabloids now claim that Ron Ng Cheuk Hei was pursuing Toby, while rumored girlfriend, Charmaine Sheh was away.
Allegedly, Ron requested adding hugging scenes with Toby, offering his shoulder for her to lean on.
In a radio interview, Toby said, "The photos published by the tabloid were all scenes from 'The Drive of Life.' We realized there were reporters present at the time."
"Ron Ng and I are just friends, without any chance of advancement to a dating relationship. In the series, we address each other as husband and wife. But outside of filming, I address him as 'Cheuk Hei.'" Toby also said that Ron did not have a player personality.
Since Toby was romantically linked with both Michael Miu and Ron Ng, she commented, "If I were to select a boyfriend, I would prefer our ages to be closer. I prefer chubbier men with a belly."
Was Michael or Ron's hand better to clasp? "Ron's fingers are fatter. I prefer Michael's hand, which is more manly."
In response to father, Producer, Tommy Leung Ka Shu visiting the set, Toby said that his presence was due to work reasons.
