Malaysian singer Nicholas Teo/Zhang Dong Liang (張棟樑) is doing well in China and Taiwan, rapidly gaining popularity.
Nicholas Teo has just released his 2nd solo album in Taiwan and achieve good pre-sales figure. His company had prepared a mini ice-breaking ceremony during Nicholas’s first fans-meeting promoting his album.
Nicholas Teo made his fame in Malaysia wining a talent quest singing contest and become a singer. He ventured overseas last year to China and Taiwan.
Nicholas released his debut album Nicholas 1st Choice, in Malayisa followed by China in March the next year. The song, Who Will You Think Of, made it to all the pop and ring tone charts in the Mainland. Nicholas went on a promo tour for more than 45 days, visited more than 20 cities and received great response from his fans there. Nicholas Teo First Album was later released in Taiwan this year and set an impressive record of selling more than 30,000 copies in one month.
He was named the Young Malaysian Movement (YMM) Youth Ambassador 04-05.
