 Former Judy & Mary member Yuki began the celebration for the 10th anniversary of her solo debut with a compilation album and her first Tokyo Dome concert in over a decade. In time for the concert, the singer-songwriter is releasing the double A-side single playball/Sakamichi no Melody. playball is a lighthearted mid-tempo ballad, while rock number Sakamichi no Melody is the opening theme for animated series Sakamichi no Apollon.
