Witness speaks up about split claims surrounding Nichkhun’s actions following DUI accident

Another witness has spoken up about the controversy surrounding 2PM Nichkhun‘s drunk driving accident.

On the 29th broadcast of MBC‘s ‘Section TV‘, a witness spoke up about about the various assertions made about the actions of Nichkhun directly following the accident.

The paramedics present at the scene stated, “The victim (hit by Nichkhun’s car) was experiencing severe pain in his back and shoulders, while his ear was bleeding as a result of ripped cartilage.” The victim was taken to the hospital immediately after the accident and is currently being treated.

In addition, the police investigating the accident stated, “Nichkhun’s blood alcohol level came out to 0.056%. In normal situations, the offender’s license would be revoked for 100 days, however when an accident occurs and the opposite party is injured, then the license gets cancelled. Nichkhun’s traffic violation was one that violated the road traffic law and will be investigated further.”

A witness present at the scene of the accident spoke up about the criticisms and divided opinions regarding Nichkhun’s actions following the accident and stated, “Nichkhun never tried to deny his wrong doing or anything of the sort. Rather, he told the driver, ‘Don’t move and stay as you are. The 911 paramedics are on their way.’ and kept his composure“.

In related news, JYP Entertainment sent out a sincere public apology while Nichkhun expressed his regret by stating that he planned to take some time to reflect on his actions.
