"Blackie's Society" is a Taiwanese variety program by Channel V which started broadcasting in August 2005. Its main purpose is to invite many teenage young girls to take part in this program in the hopes of grooming them to become the next star. This variety program is channel V's highest rating show.

The theme of this program is modeled after a classroom setting and there will be guests invited to talk about a certain topic. The girls have been picked during the preliminary rounds, aged between 14 - 22 years old. The girls are called "Mei Mei" and they will be using this program as a stepping stone to venture in singing or acting.

From October 2005, there is a elimination round held monthly to eliminate the contestants. The elimination rounds will be determined by guest judges and the girls will be judge on their performances. There will be 3 winners and 1 - 3 girls will be eliminated each time. Once a girl had won 3 competitions, she will no longer take part in such elimination rounds.
