Summary:
Detective MOK (WONG TZE WAH, DAYO) appears to be weak and slow. However, he is very smart and fast in solving cases. He meets and has conflicts with an insurance agent WAI (CHOI SIU FUN, ADA). His friend and love enemy JIM (TONG, MICHAEL), who is fitness trainer, and his old classmate ROMEO (NGAI CHUN KIT, MARCO), who is WAI's colleague and enemy, have been involved in many cases.

MOK does not like following rules. He spots clues which nobody has noticed. He solves many shocking cases including the 'Secret Lovers' - WAI's boss SIMON dies in a hotel room after dating her; the 'Unorthodox Religious Organisation' - it seduces young girls to become prostitutes and its leader suddently got killed; the Queen's Bloody Tear' - it is a big red jewel stone and the bearers die one after another; the 'Seven Chans' - many men with the same name are killed and MOK's boss Senior Inspector SZE (TSEUNG CHI KWONG, RAM) fears that he is the next target; the 'Death Value' - MOK's mother is suspected of murder and he sets up plots to catch the killer; and the 'Shadow' - someone pretends to be WAI and carries out a murder.
