Leaving his namesake band long behind, Taiwan rocker Shin is going strong with his solo career, and after an absence of one and a half year, he is going to stun the world with his fourth solo album Before the Dawn. For the first time, Shin has taken on the entire album's songwriting (music and lyrics) and production duties, and that allows him to freely express his most intimate thoughts and feelings - the dark ones notwithstanding. The album comes with 10 songs representing the complex characteristics of Shin, including the titular gothic rock anthem Before the Dawn.
