So Ji Sub, Kim Ha Neul, and Yoon Kye Sang star in MBC's Korean War drama Road No. 1. The big-budget war melodrama revolves around young soldier Jang Woo (So Ji Sub) who bravely faces the brutality and attrition of war in order to protect his love for Soo Yeon (Kim Ha Neul), the childhood sweetheart awaiting his return. When Jang Woo finally goes home, however, he finds out that Soo Yeon is already engaged to Tae Ho (Yoon Kye Sang). The drama's title, Road No. 1, refers to the route connecting Seoul to Pyongyang.

The soundtrack for the star-studded drama gathers an equally impressive lineup of singers. Fly to the Sky crooner Hwanhee sings Road No. 1's theme "Even Becoming a Wind", and Wheesung, Baek Ji Young, Naomi, and IU contribute additional songs. Leading man So Ji Sub, who's known to moonlight as a rapper, also reveals his singing voice for the insert song The Sound of Memory!
