And in order to earn more money, he takes two part time jobs; one job is to make on-call services delivery with a truck, another is delivering vegetables and newspapers at midnight. Both jobs hour are nearly 20 hours, so rest time is limited.

The accident happens in Tsing Sha Road towards Tai Po Road in the direction of Kowloon, near the Merrill village of Sha Tin. At the site, there's a ramp climbing into a through-road, and the roads are noise screen two-lanes "mini-tunnels". Yesterday morning at 7:50am, Ng Ho-wing accelerates the truck on a slanted ramp merging into the larger lanes that he loses control in the fast lane, crashing into a curb on the right hand side, and he himself being thrown out of the vehicle caught in between the truck and the curb sliding nearly 100 meters. Before he can struggle out of the vehicle, he is already torn apart. The unmanned truck still has momentum gliding down the left side of the carriageway careering through more than 400 meters, repeatedly hitting the left curb roadside and crashing into the curb before coming to a halt. The right side truck dragging along the driver against the curb, and the curb are stained with blood that it is very terrify to look at.

Highway officers found the truck, and firefighters rush to the rescue, but rescue personnel find the victim has already been severed. Police immediately closes the scene for investigation. As a result of no evidence of brake marks, when investigating, police can only determine the cause of accidents by crash marks. Sources say the victim is first thrown out of the vehicle and dragged about 100 meters, the unmanned truck subsequently travels forward for more than 400 meters, and the left body of the truck hits the curb several times before the truck coming to a halt, that is an estimated distance of 500 meters all together.
