This is Mayday's 8th album, and could well be their last if the world does come to an end in 2012! The top band from Taiwan hasn't released an album since Poetry of the Day After... in 2008, and now they've chosen the doomsday prophecy as the main theme for their highly anticipated new album and upcoming world tour. During the creation of the album, the band members expressed opposing opinions over the rumored end-of-days scenario, and the two contending camps gave rise to what are described as their "purest love song" and "darkest rock song" yet. In the end, the band decided to make two versions of the album with starkly different track orders and visual designs. Recorded and mixed in Japan, the Mayday No.8 Album offers 13 tracks, including the first plug "Noah's Ark".
