At 1:55pm yesterday, Wan was on the road opposite of the stall picking up discarded foam boxes back to the stall. He then went out to urinate, and when he was returning back to his stall crossing the street, a vehicle belonging to FEHD contractors with 24 tons of garbage drove by. It was suspected that Wan was too short for the truck driver to notice, Wan was knocked down and dragged to the bottom of the vehicle. Upon hearing witnesses shouting, the driver got alarmed and stopped the truck. Wan's belly was open up with intestinal flowing and was in a coma, so driver called the police immediately.
