A single mother wanted $3000 so desperate that she got her son to have "sex" with a man in exchange for money. Last September, she took her 5 year old to a married man's house and let him "assaulted" the boy. The man was allegedly drugged the 5 year old who was subjected to "anal sex" by the man. This gruesome case was only discovered after the mother left her job and her ex-employer found that she had some weird emails, the police was called. Following police investigation, the police arrested two people who were charged with using drug and having sex with a minor. 31 year old single mother was working as a clerk. She was charged with arranging a minor under 16 to have sexual intercourse. The incident took place last September, when she took her 5 year old son to an address in Shan Tseng Rhine Garden where the other defendant lives. In exchange for $3000, the mother had her 5 year old drugged and "sexually assaulted" by the male defendant. She was allowed bail for $4000, the case will continue in September.

36 year old married man named Leung Lup Han works as a transport worker. He was charged for drugging the boy as well as having unlawful sex with a minor. According to report, he drugged the boy who became disorientated, and the boy was too weak to move, Leung then assaulted him. Leung was not allowed bail, he will appear in court next week for sentencing.

The court heard that the mother met Leung in the internet. After exchange of emails, she agreed to let Leung "play" with her son, she would then get $2500-$3000 as a payment. On the day of the offense, she took her son to Leung's address. He drugged the boy and then performed "anal sex" on him. This offense was only discovered later on when she was sacked by the company she worked for. After she left, her ex-employer found her emails with Leung in the computer, the police was called.

When the defendant's lawyer applied for bail, he said Leung earns £12,000 a month and he did not admit having unlawful sex with a minor, this is because the mother "offered" her son to him. When he was arrested, he was willing to pay $50,000 cash for bail and his wife would also pay $50,000 as a guarantor. But his bail application was turned down by the judge. Although the mother was allowed bail, she was not allowed to have any contact with her son or Leung. The boy is currently ill in hospital suffering from flu.
