When I was little, I used to sleep in darkness until I went to spend a night at my aunt's farm in the New Territoies. I got up in the middle of the night to go to toilet, to my horror, I saw so may spiders on the wall. Ever since that day, I had nightmare. My sister became phobia of spiders. It took me a long time to learn to sleep in the dark. Do you have a habit of having a dim light on or not at all at night?
