"If 100% is full mark, I will give myself 70%", but for the love of my children, I will give !00%". Usually some fathers who love their children do not always show it, but when it comes to protecting the children, most parents will do it without having any second thought. A father who gave up his highly paid job to stay at home looking after his children has proved that. This is against the traditional role of man goes out to work and the wife stays at home to look after the children.
Fong Yiu Hong has been working as a toy engineer assistant manager for 10 years. 5 years ago, he married his wife who is a nurse, and they had a set of triplets. Unfortunately, their eldest son Kwan Lok was born with a rare condition called "Prader Willi syndrome " which affects his muscle and growth. The family were devastated, but Fong insisted that "The whole family will face this together, whether happy or not." Kwan Lok is a very sweet boy, but he is ill most of the time, his muscle is weak, he cannot walk. He also has a tube to help passing food down to his stomach. He always feels hungry. The doctor has warned Fong that Kwan Lok may become a diabetic too. Fong loves his son so much, after careful consideration, he decided to give up his job to look after Kwan Lok full time. He is now looking after the three children , taking Kwan Lok to the health centre everyday for therapy. Fong has one wish, that is "I just want Kwan Lok to have a happy childhood and my three children can attend the same primary school".
