suspect taken to police station

According to the victim's father (53 years old), the victim's skirt was repeatedly lifted up when she returned to primary school in last summer via Hai Li Garden. After the pervert got what he needed, he'd escape to stairs on the footbridge. Though his daughter did not made complaint to the school authorities, she, however, found out many of her classmates had similar experiences. Since she realized situation was serious, she informed her parents. The victim's father, with last name Lau, was concern with his daughter getting further sexual assault that he accompanied his daughter to school everyday since, while his wife took her daughter to home afterward.

12 o'clock yesterday afternoon, as when Lau accompanied her daughter to school, the two were walking one after another, at which the daughter noticed someone was trailing behind and she walked in brisk whispering to her dad, "It's this Uncle who always lift up my skirt!", Lau immediately pursued after the man but the man hid inside a bakery. Lau charged into the bakery demanding him to come out or else police would be called. Yet, the man ran and Lau threw himself at the man. During their struggle, Lau suffered wounds on left eye corner and his left hand was bitten with his eye glasses smashed. After 10 mins, Lau put the man under control on the ground and the police arrived to apprehend the man. Police confirmed that the suspect with last name Yeung (30 years old) was in connection with at least 2 indecent assaults in July to September this year and Yeung was released on bail pending further inquiries. Sources reported that Yeung had multiple past records of indecent assault.
