Translated by: R.E.D @ http://asianuniverse.net/forums/ ![]() ![]() Illegal parking for bicycles are usually seen everywhere, but none as dangerous as the one parked in Fanling. A bicycle was recently spotted "parked" on the footbridge next to the railway station. The bicycle was not in fact "parked", it was dangerously hung up on iron rail on the footbridge. According to some passerby, that bike has been hung there for a while. If you look up from the ground, you can see one of the bicycle wheels. When the wind is strong, the bike waves, and it is a hazard posing a safety issue to the pedestrian below. People are wondering who parked it there and why? Or is it a joke ? Or someone playing a prank on someone? People living around the area are urging the appropriate government department to take the bike down before any accident happens.
