source: www.mingpao.com
translated by: boo@AsianEU

The medical department has announced that there have been three accidents involving medication, including medical staff who injected an infant with morphine seven point six times higher than the normal amount. The affected infant will receive intensive care.

The other two cases include a diabetic patient who was prescribed the wrong medication, however, after treatment his condition was stable. The third case is a patient with kidney disease that was wrongly prescribed medication for high blood pressure, since then their illness has taken a turn for the worse.
