A bloody incident happened in a restaurant on Shui Che Kwun Street in Yuen Long yesterday where a local man was working out a bill with a Vietnamese that the Vietnamese man suddenly pulled out a two-feet-long sickle to attack another. In a struggle, the sickle was snatched away by the local man, and the Vietnamese guy was chopped straight on the head instead. The wound was deep enough that one could see his bone. The Vietnamese escaped to outside of the shop but collapsed on the street. Police arrived at the scene sending two injured to hospital, and the Vietnamese guy was arrested on suspicion of wounding.

The arrested Vietnamese man (55 years old), had a 5 inches long head wound that it was so deep that one could see his bone, to which he was seriously injured that his life was in danger. Local man's surname was Liu (46 years old) who was also injured and he was later treated, and now in stable condition. According to sources, both were active in the Yuen Long District. At first, both minded their own business, but recently both had argument over interest.

Incident happened at a restaurant on Shui Che Kwun Street on yesterday at 3:57pm. The two made an appointment to meet in the restaurant, during which they had a serious dispute, and the Vietnamese guy taking out a two-feet-long sickle attacked the local Chinese man. After a struggle, the Chinese man took away the sickle, during the struggle, to which the Vietnamese man's head suffered a blow, and fled the door wounded. Police officers arrived at the scene afterward, and they sent the injured local man to Pok Oi Hospital for treatment.

Subsequently, citizens said they found a Vietnamese man lying unconscious in a pool of blood in Pau Cheung Square. Police arrived at the scene to take the injured to Tuen Mun Hospital, after an investigation the policed arrested him.
